carrying the AN/PRC 77 in his vest, and wearing the M10M Gas Mask. Vest pockets contain reserve batteries for his communicator, and his uniform...I dunno, just fabricated something

Zee Marine: (May go by the name of Zee Radio)
Wandering around the dead wasteland in the search of survivors, this mysterious character can often be seen while sitting around high places or open grounds, staring at the horizon and listening to static bursts spewing out of his ancient AN/PRC 77 (Army-Navy / Portable Radio Communicator), found in wreckage of a museum.
After the fall of ANNET and all wireless communication, this 7kg of metal and plastic appeared to be one of the few things that still holds the ability of communication other than the ground-line phones.
While it is unknown whether there are more functioning PRC units of any kind, Marine still wanders around from the remains of one city to another, going through all available channels before moving on to the next location.

Real Name : Unknown.
Origin : Somewhere around Europe.
Previous Occupation : Communication Technician, claims he used to fix transmission towers.
Why Am I Still Alive : “I don't know...It's a blurrrr...” (Has a hard time remembering too far back).
Weapon : Doesn't carry any, runs and cowers when faces danger.
Mental State : Questionable. Being too close to transmitter might have fried his brain. Often believes the statics are some secret code survivors use and tries to translate them.
Gender : Male.
