Angler's Hunt

I'm working on 2 Tokyo Ghoul OCs and this is one of them. I was actually going for a ref sheet and got carried away
Just Some general info, Angler is an alias for this character, which inspired his masked, based on a Deep Sea Angler fish. He is very fond of water and has a Bikaku-type Kagune that takes the shape of a mermaid-like tail, which helps him move better in the water
He will make his victims follow him near a body of water to snatch them inside and drown them

And that's it for now. I'll post full info on him and the other OC at some point, it's been a while since I created OCs based in an existing plot
